Hi Hassan, this is not the way it goes for contests. I think you are confusing it with bids for projects. CHs are usually more interested in a great concept/design than paying less money. Btw: starting by having a look at the FAQs and documentation is always a good idea. Don't worry, you will end up understanding how things work here; we've all been there :) good luck.
