  I've a strong feeling that this one is a huge waste of time. It's been up forever and there's been zero feedback. Frankly, the original image of the toad looks dreadful. Its only chance at looking good is for it to be turned into a vector file, which is far too much work for a contest with no guaranteed prize. The tagline is awful as well.
  
  If you want a logo which is actually remotely good, just use the name and ask for a horned lizard (aka a horny toad, but it's not actually a toad) somewhere in the image. And make the damned contest guaranteed. I can assure you that this is the wrong place to find people who are willing to work for nothing.

  Hi there, I'd love feedback on #40 in the event that my entry was chosen, I would render the toad a bit to make him fit better. Seeing as this isn't guaranteed, though, I didn't want to put that large amount of effort into him. He is a beautiful sketch, though!

  Surely, the toad looks terrific!!!! meaning the logo will never look good no matter what effort, i would have done a very good logo minus the ugly toad. please if you can allow its omission the better,

  @contest holder: i have a question here. This toad has to do some thing with marijuana? I mean if there is any kind of a link or story behind that toad and marijuana then this might help someone coming up with a nice idea.

  am not entering any ..my talent and time are too precious to give away...our designs are real solid hard work., it is bought very cheap (or steal it)...i have done many...such a waste...

     hey designers please beware ...could be another hoax one like the still pending marijuana compassion first logos...and also if you feel the designers are not upto the mark...pl find a better place contest holder. i am not wasting time on this one as he is the same guy. pl be careful. let him first make it guaranteed. and how do you expect a good design when a sick looking toad is already frozen in the concept what more can you expect?

  To what liberty do we have of altering the provided image, can it be redrawn, same pose etc, or does this exact image have to be used, can it be altered slightly etc. I will post a design with the image as is but it would be good to know.

     I would also encourage you to use a different font than Arial at least for the Company name.

     I totally agree on the font, my main reasoning at leaving it at arial was so that if you had a particular font in mind for the site I could match the two, But I will play around with alternative fonts and upload them for you to have a look. Thanks for the feedback.
