  What would you say is your target market? and do you have any company who you perspire to be like? or have a similar brand look and feel to?

     Our target market is 30 plus professionals hiring the facilities to enjoy their hobbies. In addition there will be Caterers and Chefs that want to produce food in the Kitchen facility and the same for Art people in the Flower/Craft facility.
     We don't know of any other businesses that will offer these facilities and don't have any locked in 'look'
