  Optimus is just a name, got the idea from optimus prime in transformer. It could mean optimum, optimize.
  Putra mandiri means Independent sons in broader term mean independent company.
  
  Your submitted O looks typical, I have seen it somewhere before, it's winning logo in freelancer contest
