Man can lies and there are no ways for measuring and testing man's heart. But technology can not do so. If one technology lies i.e. gives false reading, they can be repaired and maintained or they can be verified by another technology.
As your company is related to calibration and management of equipment, your company should ensures equipment are not lying i.e they are functioning as expected by the help of true calibration instrument.
