i already made a small ERP based on google sheets to rum my construction company

now I want to make it professional software to start selling it to monthly subscription users
I need a programmer to take the concept and make it web-based and mobile-based software (small ERP)
so this software will be used in medium construction companies
functions of the software: daily progress, timekeeping, hr management, salary calculation, total work progress qty, total work payable amount, invoicing, storekeeping, accounting, CRM for the marketing

I'm looking for a freelancer to make this software on web-based and mobile-based

Dear Concern,
Here almost all of new in Freelancers has been rejected.
there are many freelancers are new in this Platform but able to serve project(s) more better than long term existing and working here. please don't take it other ways all dear freelancers.
It might be reject any proposal when this is sealed and submitted as Top due to here cost involved by freelancers. without confidence level nobody apply this way. Okay rejection is the matter of Project/Contest Publisher only.
hope there missing something before rejection lot of submission.
