Not sure whether it is OK or not. The given STL file is too complicated and probably made by scanning where two individual STL files merged. In building the model, I tried to be as close as possible to keep the outer side as given in the given STL file. I used Solidworks to build the model. If you like it, please tell me in what 3D CAD format you want for 3D printing.
