We are looking to have a single page mocked up for our new website design.

We are a company in the financial services industry and are currently undergoing a complete website rebuild so this will be the first step, the winning designer will be provided the opportunity to complete the rest of project.

Our logo is currently being redesigned so it will be unavailable for this phase so you can just put a placeholder where our logo will be.

I have attached a wireframe for the layout of this page as well as two screenshots of elements we like.

Footer:
You can remove the social media buttons and latest tweets but we would like to include a small Google Maps image.

Page Title Section:
This will be green instead of blue (as with other elements below the header/menu as this page has a colour scheme of green).

Looking for some creative ideas but remember that this is for a financial services company so the theme should be simple and clean as well.
