Contest Brief

I’d like you to craft a set of fresh, modern email signatures for outlook that feel instantly familiar to anyone who has browsed sovereignsecure.co.uk

The look should stay firmly in line with the site’s clean, professional aesthetic, using its colour palette, type choices and overall visual rhythm so the signature looks like a natural extension of our brand.

What must stay intact:
• Every piece of information that appears in the current signature—should be present in each concept so I can swap designs without re-keying details.
• Keep the green image at the bottom. I don’t have the original file, so please look up something online that fits well.
• Tone is formal and professional; that means crisp alignment, balanced whitespace and no playful gimmicks.

What I need from you:
• At least three distinct layout options that explore different hierarchy and structure while remaining brand-true. Feel free to experiment with horizontal vs stacked formats, subtle divider lines, icon positioning or restrained graphic flourishes.
• Final artwork supplied as high-resolution PNG (transparent if appropriate) plus the original editable file (PSD, AI or Figma) so minor tweaks are easy later.

I’ll review all concepts and choose the strongest one for roll-out, so push your creativity within the boundaries above. Please include a short note on the fonts and color values you’ve used to speed up internal sign-off.

CH, you should watch out, most entries will be AI generated, 99% AI. These scammers will literally post HUNDREDS of AI images each but you can spot them. Be careful of them dropping all entries super fast. Keep in mind a solid design takes time to create, so multiple different entries in a row is impossible. The easiest way to spot them is typing their name into 'Search Entries' so you can see their pattern of spamming and how fast they are posting entries. ALWAYS SEARCH NAMES. I can not stress this enough, every single entry you like the look of, SEARCH NAME.
