I am looking for an experienced designer who can help create a 2D & 3D design for my new hostel. The hostel will be spread over an area of 1000 sq feet and I need a design that reflects the idea I have in mind. As I am open to creativity and ideas, I am looking for a designer who can present me with something innovative and unique. Additionally, I need some additional elements to be added to the design such as furniture items and decorations as well. Therefore, I am searching for someone who has both the skill set and the creativity to turn my ideas into reality. If you think you have what it takes, please get in contact. Need to make a hostel plus Studio Rooms in 1000 sq feet area.
Unit No T-129 which is 762 sq feet.
Unit No T-130 which is 281 sq feet.

Requirement
Need electrical layouts.
Need 2D Plan & 3D layouts for the reception, two dormitory rooms , two bedrooms with total five Washrooms.
Need 3D images for the same (around 10 to 15)
The design has to appeal to younger generation.
All rooms would have TV, AC, Lights and necessities a stay requires.
Need a designer who knows how to use space and can enhance the place with minimum cost.
