Need hotel plan
1- Blue print that defines all the construction specifications such as dimension, layout.
2- 3D Model of the building . (This is optional can pay 30 more if some one makes it)
Details:
40 * 20 Area
Basement and ground floor for shops
1st and 2nd floor as hotel .
The place is located in a hilly area with water flowing around and very airy. The design to the hotel rooms should be kept so they are very refreshing as its a very airy area and a lot of beautiful views all around.
2 roads will touch the building main road and a side road .
Images attached that will hopefully will give a better idea.
Not looking for something very professional just a rough sketch of how good it can be so the guest an have a great time enjoying sceneries.

Hello. Dont know much as posted on behalf of someone .. basically a hotel in a hilly place with water on sides..so need open place with rooms on 1 and 2nd floor and shop in basement and ground. Basically see images they will help
