Customers are having a hard problem understanding how our shipping process works.

We have a few different situations in which the shipping times can vary, we need to explain this to the customers.

I have a mockup of how we want the process explained which is attached.

We have 3 different processes.

1. In stock - We process and ship the order within 24 hours. It takes 1-2 days to reach the customer.

2. Not in stock with us, but in stock at supplier. - 24 hours to process order and notify supplier, supplier sends us the stock in 2-3 days, we process and ship the order the same day, and then 1-2 days to reach the customer.

3. Not in stock with us, but in stock at supplier. - 24 hours to process order and notify supplier, Supplier sends the stock directly to the customer and misses out on the extra step of sending to us. They get the order in 1-2 days. * This is a premium service.

Hey Guys,

We would definitely accept an animation if its better than the illustrations.

It is for a website, we will have a link to the image (or animation) under the stock levels we display.

@ gaurabbhowmick - Prefer illustration but we are open to flow chart if it can easily and accurately explain what we need to.

also im assuming this will be for oral presentations? or will it be for a website? I usually dont deal with audio and i can let you do the voice over to the animation yourself after im finished and ill add it in for you.
