Old Antispamming replace with spam assin and antivirus server set up, some email accounts are not operate properly

Contest Brief

I run Centos 6.4 + plesk. After server's and domains transfer and installation from previous server that runs spamfilter.gr i can't receive emails from new email accounts. Some times looks to be ok and other times no. I am thinking to replace the spamfilter.gr software that runs the server with spamassin & Centos antivirus. In mail server is set up MX (10) mx0.spamfilter.gr. & MX (20) mx1.spamfilter.gr. i would like to avoid these MX setting and prefer mail.mydomain.com ( regular setting). For the spam assin i would like to set up additional spamming email (or rules) which will be common for all the domains. In other words if an email is spam i would like to insert this spam email in data base for all the email accounts of the server.
Also my firwall send warning/notifications emails and i would like to disable it.

For full payment must be fully operated emails and spam-antivirus software in the server.

With the freelancer must be contact access in follow period time 08.30-10.00 & 13.30-15.30 & 21.45- 24.00 ( Greece local hour UTC/GMT +2 hours)
