I want a custom theme design of an online discussion forum index page. I have uploaded a sample file to highlight the relevant elements that your design should have. Your design may not in anyway look like the sample but should have those elements. Design must be responsive and search-engine friendly. I need something different from the regular old-style themes out there. Use modern style like facebook.com, freelancer.com, etc

You are not to program the functionality, only the frontend design. Notes about the elements in the sample:
*"quotes", "pokes" and "SeeThis" are notifications
*selected links to various topics are placed on the index page
*The tabs "Dictionary", "Investing", "Markets", etc are the main categories while "Active Trading", "Forex", etc, are sub-categories.
*"Featured", "Recent", "Active" are clicked to show a different list of links based on different criteria

The winner of this contest may also get the job to design the other pages of the forum. Simply design and upload to your server and post the screenshot and link for me to see.

Please I don't want to see links to your past work or portfolio. Simply look at the sample image I uploaded. Then design your own (only one page) in your server and post the link to the work let me see. I uploaded that sample for you to know what design elements to add in your design.

i see that forum design sample image file that model is ok what is your full requirement menu and sub menu also come dynamical and middle page content also related by menu that is correct or not
