Functional Spec:
HTML Webpage for Uploading single large files up to 300MB or poss more with Progress bar by any type of file (e.g. mp3, mpg, mpeg, avi, zip, rar, wav, wmv, jpg, gif, png) to be selected in conf file.
Possible allowed script languages: html, JS, Flash, html5
not allowed: PHP, ASP, JAVA Applets, MYSQL, PERL or any script needing mods on the Hosting Server.
Independent from Server achitecture if MS Server or LINUX, APACHE, PHP

The page should provide: browse-Button/field for file selection, upload button, resume, cancel and progress bar. Upload done by FTP Standard and SSL (switchable in the code) and Access-credential for ftp account (User, pass, host, target Folder) stored in the conf file in a hidden folder where I can set them static (not in the Interface!), The credentials mustn't be visible by right click in browser to Show source code.
The script must be free for using in several Commercial Projects

Delivery: HTML file, necessary JS-files, Flash file and Flash source code.
The idea is to upload files without Need of chunkíng. Simple FTP uploader Independent from PHP restrictions like POST_MAX_SIZE, MAX_UPLOAD..... and MAX_EXECUTION_TIME etc. so no PHP!

Having these requirements, to be without PHP, JAVA on any server side, it is hard even impossible. There is memory limit of 32MB. So only possible way is flash or java applet.

I had experience implementing such experience in the past for an S/W organization where i worked.I will make a whole new solution for you because i can not use old ones due to copy right. I gad a lot telling this and in the end struggelt on the restrictions of the Hoster. They all and me myself tried ready Solutions by any Kind and method. No success. So I decided to make acontest. So in the end working results win the contest.

HTML Page with browse, upload, resume, cancel and Progress bar => Script (e.g. JS not PHP) => take credentials fromexternal hidden file and Settings => connect to FTP and target Folder => upload file => Feedback to html form Progress =>Close Connection => give ready message to HTML page. Can also be done by HTML5 API (IE10 requiered)
