Design an emblem style logo for our cheese store in Amsterdam, with an authentic and old school feel.

We are opening a new cheese store in Amsterdam, for which we need branding.
We are looking for an authentic looking new logo for our facade and for on the cheese. Emblem style, so it will work for both a logo and for on the cheese itself.

See the example images I added to the contest. Here you can see examples of the old school style emblem logo's. Use these as inspiration.

The name of the store: Wals Kaas
(Wals is the name of the family and Kaas is Dutch for cheese.)

Our family ripes it's own cheese in our own warehouse, and we have been doing this since 1967, this can also been added to the logo.
