We are a pest control company who provides pest control services for customers. We are introducing a new coverage plan that will include protection against termites and bedbugs. Most companies have a termite protection plan see:

Service includes:
Inspection of home for Bed bug activity
Inspection of home for Termite activity
for $120 the customer gets insurance that if bed bugs or termites become present that our company will treat the structure free of charge
the company will not pay for damages caused by the pest
Bed bug service usually $1000 +
Termite Service usually $2000 +
Free re services if needed
No treatment will be applied unless activity is found
$10 a month gives you peace of mind
yearly renewal fee of $120
yearly inspection
If pests are found during the inspection, the home must be treated first before a customer can participate in the pest + program

But no one to my knowledge includes bedbug protection. I need verbiage for a brochure I am making that will give the customer the idea of what the service is. The service is a 1 year protection for $120 that includes free service if bedbugs or termites become present.
