Hello Freelancers!

I am creating a survey app and am looking for a way to combine functionality with beauty. That is where you come in!

Attached are some pictures of what I have already come up with. I am looking for these to look more pleasing while remaining functional. Please redo the layout and pictures to something more aesthetically pleasing while keeping functionality of the buttons.

Things do not need remain in the same position. Text may be modified if desired. Simple is fine. There is a lot of stuff, so I'd like it not too cluttered.)

I will need all the picture files when completed so we can correctly fit them when finishing the app.

Also, on the attached pictures, please ignore what is on the bottom bar. That space is used for the layout as well. I should hare renamed the pictures for you guys. The top one is the main page. Please disregard the 2nd link, it has been replaced by the last link of "recording page". 3rd is "Survey". 4th is "What do others think?" The words on the top right of the main page are supposed to be: "Comments" and "Suggestions"

1. Do you just want us to only redesign the existing screens with the text mentioned and graphic assets
2. Would you like us to tweek it here and there in terms of design and navigation as well for smooth functioning?

Hello freelancers!

Fonts, icons, text, buttons, etc. do not need to be the same. The current objects do not style well together and were just put in as placeholders to get the program to function. I am going to be making modifications to the code so changes in navigation to make it more smooth and natural are very desired. Layout, design, and navigation (as well as text, buttons, icons etc.) are at your discretion.

I forgot to previously mention this, but this will be on a 7" tablet and be on a stand to be used by the public. That is your audience.
The first page is what will always be displayed, so I'd like to to be intuitive while eye catching. (Color, helpful .gif, etc.)
