I am seeking someone (or a company) to help me build a image theme for my firm and a library of professional images in which I can use for my website and other marketing uses. The images must conform to my company's look and feel, and all of them must be royalty free and can be used commercially without attribution. They don't have to be unique, even though it would be nice that they are not commonly used. You can see the current design of my firm at www.pmoadvisory.com.

Here are the key concepts that I prefer:
1. Business and professional <- credibility, highly certified, genuine, and trusted
2. Simple and clean <- I prefer simpler and crisp designs
3. On a scale between very conservative or traditional (say rating of 1) versus radical or extreme high tech (say rating of 10), I am around a 7. This means I prefer themes that is closer linked to innovation, creativity, technology, business momentum, optimism, etc.
4. I DO NOT WANT people's face. I do not like stock photo images of people. Since these people are not likely to work in my firm, they are misleading. But I am find with people in silhouette, abstract forms, different parts of body like hands, etc.

This context is to submit a few designs so I can choose the theme. But once chosen, I would like to create a library containing this theme with say 30 images and then resizing them to various sizes for various use such as website banners, blog, LinkedIn posts, PowerPoint, Facebook etc. I also would like the output to be PNG, JPG, and optional but preferred PSD.

Therefore, for this context, please submit:

1. Entries for the context - I may pick more than one

2. Provide a cost estimate for the library of 30 images that are not copyrighted, royalty free, allows commercial use without attribution. Remember, I need them print publishable high resolution as well as for web. Also help me resize them to at least five sizes for website banners, blog, LinkedIn posts, PowerPoint, and Facebook in different formats stated above. I would like to know the turnaround time. Also, let me know if your firm has capabilities wither image solutions like bookcovers, animation (esp. whiteboard animation), etc.

Rouqa: I like the combination, esp. #13 . But I also like the richness of stock photography from #10 for example. Is there anyway to combine some of them to make the photo/image both richer in the content and striking in term of the theme?

On Rouqa's submission, while it is not the exact theme that I am looking for, it is the closest to a collection of images and l can use. I suggested using dots or lines, that shows some kind of structure and process. What's there, esp. the top right images, are too chaotic.

On Adriandud, I like the first image - tree in the palm. But while it's a nice image, there are many like them in a stock image library. I am looking to create a library of similar photos... I am not a graphic artist, so I may use the wrong words, but I am looking to create a consistent theme / marketing message for all my marketing uses.

This is a good question. I typically like graphics/images from companies like Accenture (http://www.accenture.com/us-en/pages/index.aspx), McKinsey (http://www.mckinsey.com/), IBM (http://www.ibm.com/us/en/)... I realize I am all over the map, hence, I started this content to get ideas.
