Hi,

I need someone to re-design our website www.atriumbuderim.com.au It needs to corporate yet FUN and a simple layout that's easy on the eye. I'd still like it to remain in Wordpress format and include a membership plugin for both Owners and Tenants. I like to create more of a community feel about it and include member only access to Forums, Polls, Classifieds, Promotions etc.

After the best design has been awarded I will employ the same person to create the site with the new features.
