Redesigning Online Advertising to Increase Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Branding Appeal for Google Adwords

I am looking for a skilled professional to help me redesign my online advertising campaign to increase CTR. The main goal of this project is to improve the performance of our Display Ads.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in designing successful Display Ads
- Experience in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Strong knowledge of web design and user experience
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with our team and understand our business goals

Target Audience: New Customers
- The redesigned campaign should target new customers who are not familiar with our brand.
- The ads should be visually appealing and highlight our unique value proposition.
- The copy should be concise and persuasive, with a clear call-to-action.

Looking for all the sizes required by Google Ads. Must fit all of the required file size and file type restrictions provided by Google Ads.

HTML5 ads are accepted and preferred if possible. Must fit Google's size requirements for all display sizes and be responsive if possible.

Animated or video ads preferred, as long as they fit within Google Ads size requirements. A mix of still and moving ads would also be acceptable!

You can use images found on our website at www.monsterplow.ca - please try to match the formatting and branding of the website in your designs.
