  Dear freelancers,
  Thank you for your nice ideas. Although ,I asked for a floor plans and rough sketch of exterior, and receiving all the time 3d models.
  In this phase it is more important to have good floor plans, after making a plan is easier to prepare exterior view.

  Hello, quick question: Where should the living room be positioned, on the side with points 5-6 or 9-10? As I understand from the plan, the entrance will be on the side with points 5-6, is this correct?

     So, basically one terrace on every level. Are the terraces included in the length=11 m, or can I extend them over this limit? The space is pretty small, but I am trying to include all the functions you desire. I will submit my proposal in 1 day. Best regards, Laura

     Dear Laura,
     ground level is no terrace, just covered area in front of the house, that is actually space of the terrace from level1.
     Level 2 terrace is placed up on covered part of terrace level 1.
     All terraces are extended in front , so they are not included in 11x7 dim .Do not make hard on your self, if I recognazi your proposal as one we should extend to more clarifications , will do so . As an interior designer , I really know to recognize a potential .

  Hello, you have an interesting project here. It's clear that you know what you want and you have good taste. Please understand that even if you promise the whole project to the winner, the prize is very low. I would be happy to participate in your contest if you raise the prize.      This is a first time that I put on a contest, and I really am not sure how it functions. This is not a prize for a winner...My plan is to pay more, of course.
     Although , idea is to receive just a floor plan , and a rough sketch of exterior front, to choose as fast as possible with whom to continue, as I do not waste anyone s time. Hope I expplained.
