I have FileMaker 13 and need help in setting it up so I will be able to receive Email notifications and have those emails auto-drop into my contact records in FM. I am able to get things set to send email via SMTP however setting up receiving eludes me. I downloaded a plugin (360 Works) but I assume it might require a script be written.

I would strongly suggest popit3 and smtpit instead of filemaker's send mail function. I wouldn't choose 360works plugin mainly because they're Java based and I've had quite a lot of issues with Java upgrades etc. The scripting is very basic for both plugins. The samples you get when purchasing the plugins can nearly be copied and pasted.

That's correct you need a plugin like 360 works or popit3 pro from CNS and add some scripting : you then can set it up to receive mail and add to
