Hello designers for years I have been dealing with a poorly designed checkout page and I think with a redesign to give it a more professional look I could increase sales. The URL of the current page is www.madduxsports.com/purchase.html. My entire site uses a template but I was having problems making the purchase page look good with it enabled so I ended up just removing the left and right hand side navigation on that page to allow for more room.

I am open to either keeping it this way to allow more room side to side OR adding back the right and left hand side navigation if you think your design would look better with it. If you click on the home page of the website you will see my template. I will leave that decision up to you.

I dont need a new header image or top navigation. I plan to keep what is there now.

Everything that you see on the page text, and different packages will need to remain.

Other than that I dont have anything else to add. Let me know any questions you may have.

Hi. Please check my work. I attached JPG file (Simple-Checkout-Page-Preview.jpg) exported from layered PSD file (with folders and sub-folders). I saw this contest very late, and don't have time to put last "Misc. Packages" but I think you get the point of my work. Also with jquery your coder (or me) can make expand/shrink every box (Football, Basketball, etc.). Also, color scheme is changeable if you want, but I used color scheme of your current website. Icons are also changeable (especially payment icons). I can make one more variation with right sidebar, but I think it is better. Please let me know what you think about my work. If you liked my design but want any changes to color, font or anything else just let me know. I clicked "This design is entirely my own original artwork" as it wouldn't let me enter otherwise but obviously the paypal, clickbank and credit card logos are not my own as well as the player images. I can remove them if you'd like. Thank you.

After seeing the first 2 designs I just did think of something else that is required. The paypal and clickbank images I am currently using are going to have to be used in your design. Any payment image that doesn't have a credit card link on it Ive found that there are customers that dont understand that you can pay by paypal even if we add text that says you can. If you find different paypal or clickbank images that have the credit cards on there that is fine to use those, as long as they have the credit card images.
