We have a bitmap icon which is used on a toolbar in our application; we want to re-use it on another form. The new icon must be about twice as big (40x40 pixels) as the original and so it pixilates when it blows up. We want a decent quality image for use in the larger format. It's not clear what exactly the original was meant to represent--two entities (computers, stylized faces?) with two-way communication represented by red and green arrow. The essential idea is that the user asks for some information and the web service returns information.
