Contest Brief

We need a logo for a Brazilian churascarria, it's text only and the main font is jungle fever with the tagline in Montserrat. We like the text but just need to make it stand out a little, maybe an outline or some other effects. I have attached the logo and here is a link to the colors of the Brazilian flag. The green is good but we are open to suggestions. The logo should be text only.

For the letter head we need a cover page with restaurant name as well as one page for the traditional document. We want something tropical, colorful and fun but it also has to be authentic. Please submit both.
