  #22 and 23 - those are both nice; however you misspelled the word "coaching". Plus the word "coaching" needs to be bigger. It's the most important word.

  #15 - All interesting and creative but not what I'm looking for. Definitely no black. And the third one isn't what I want. But I can tell you have some interesting and unique ideas so I encourage you to keep trying.

  #14 - The mosaic design is interesting. I have to think about it. Perhaps try just the lotus as a mosiac and the text "normal". Just an idea.
