Transform this old 640-400 16-color pixelated picture into something pleasing to the eye!
Change it from the BMP format to a more colorful JPG, or a vector graphic, or your favorite format, etc...
Rules: the picture may be larger or smaller, but everything should remain proportional, and objects in the picture may not be moved, deleted or repositioned. You can add things if you like.
We are looking for someone to do about 30 pictures of this type, and possible many more.
We are using this contest format to find a particular type of artist. We don't want to waste everyone's time - everyone has a different concept of what they like in "art" and we say "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." Use your imagination, but remember the rule: the objects in the picture may not be moved around (not too much)
No need to edit the lower 25% of the picture - that part of the pic where it says "English, Hepburn, Japanese" - I just need the picture above redone.
