Contest Brief

We are looking for an experienced web developer or UX/UI specialist to analyze and benchmark our website Skyholidays.com against leading competitors — specifically the package sections of Expedia and Priceline.

Our website currently offers dynamic travel packages (flights + hotels), but we feel that performance and user experience are lagging behind the competition. Pages feel more rigid, slower, and less responsive.

Your Tasks:

Analyze our site (skyholidays.com) for:

Page speed / load performance

Frontend responsiveness

UX flow and usability

Coding and frontend architecture

Compare it with:

Expedia.com – Vacation Packages

Priceline.com – Package Deals

Provide a detailed report:

Where our site is falling behind

What technologies, frameworks, or optimization techniques the others are using

What improvements we can make to match or exceed their performance

Optionally (bonus):
Implement improvements directly or propose a follow-up contract to handle the upgrades.

Budget & Timeline:
This is a small project to start (audit + report), with potential for further development work depending on the findings.
