Bootstrap 3 responsive webpage
Entry is based on Bootstrap 3, not a mock-up, but html with css3 and js, screen-shots are from browsers. It is entirely responsive and open for upgrades. The form at the end has a possibility for feedback and coupon appliance at once, but there could be two forms (one for coupon other for feedback). If you have feedbacks from customers, one section can show selected feedbacks. After feedback is sent it would be nice to show thank you message-note.
