  This is my suggestion for your company logo.
  
  I have decided to make Force and Effects stacked so that it appears the man is pushing the Force off the Effects. Also I have aligned the Force to the right so that it has more dynamic and that way emphesizing the force of the man pushing it. I would suggest not to overcomplicate the effects of the push because you want your logo to be simple and memorable for your potential clients, if you put too much details you clients can lose interest quickly.
