I'm looking for a talented designer to create a new and cool logo for my car racing event, "TSA SPEEDFEST." The new design should be an improvement over our old logo.

Requirements:
- Retro and vintage style
- Include checkered flags and a racing car in the design
- Use a color palette of red and black

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong portfolio in vintage logo design
- Experience with automotive or racing-themed graphics
