     Hi there, website http://www.bovisleandlease.com.au/ is down at the moment. The other problem is that Telstra website has been designed under various platforms (shtml, jquery...) and your current site is html with some drupal...
     You didn´t explain in your brief about the look and feel (?the finalist will need to apply the design to the existing site?).
     Bear in mind that for this kind of design, like Telstra site, you will need a different platform. That is not a problem to design, but for a custom design (not a copy of some other design!) it would take some time to do it...
