Hi,

I am looking for a good 'web designer' to design me a website for a hotel I manage in Thailand. I own a web development company in Australia so the winner of the contest will be given regular work in the future. I have used a few designers from freelancer and have had a few problems.

1. Understand Web development limitation.
As well as looking for someone who is creative at the same time I am looking for a designer who has a lot of web design experience and understands the limitations of web development.

2. Understands the English Language
I am looking for someone who understands English language very well. I have had problems in the past where designers don't understand the requirements due to their lack of understanding of the English Language. Please only enter the contest if your are very confidant with the English Language.

Contest Details.....

I need a LOGO & WEBSITE designing for a hotel on Phi Phi Island in Thailand (Golden Hill Bungalows). I have a facebook page and am also advertised in hostelworld.com if you need any more information about the hotel. Phi Phi Island is a very beautiful place and there is so many nice images available on the internet.

Pages I need

1. Homepage
I want this to look very attractive with some general photos of Phi Phi Island and a combination of the best photos I have of the hotel. I will also want to add a little content in here about the hotel. This page will also have a menu displaying all the main pages. Home, Rooms & Accommodation, Facilities & More, Room Rates, Make a Booking, Contact & Map

2. Rooms & Accommodation
I want this page to have content about the rooms. I also want a selection of the best photos of the rooms on here. Please also add a link / button at the bottom of the page for 'book now' and 'check rates'.

3. Facilities & More
This page will have 4 sections. (Pool, Bar, Dining, Trips & Parties)
Please add a little bit of content about each section along with a selection of the best photos I have. Either all on one page or if you want to separate these out into separate pages and have a sub menu then this is ok too.

4. Room Rates,
This will be just a table showing the different room types, different seasons, and the prices. I have attached an image taken from another website as an example.

There are 3 seasons - Low, High, Peak
There are 6 room types - Double (Fan), Double(A/C), Twin (Fan), Twin (A/C), Triple (Fan), Triple (A/C)

5. Booking Form
Just a simple booking form. Because users can book a number of rooms then I need a form so the user can select the first room. There needs to be an 'add to booking'. The add to booking button will add this to the booking summary which will be on the same page as the form. This means that the user will able able to add more than one room under the same booking. At the end of the booking then there will be a 'submit booking' button which then sends the booking summery to golden hill bungalows.

I have attached a lot of images I have of the hotel. Please use the ones you think look good. I will leave the logo and website design / style up to you. I am hoping you are more creative then me anyway. I have also attached a read me text file which has some example sites and other details in there. Please read this. The only requirement i have is

Hi Everyone, A few people have been asking about making this a sealed contest. I don't feel it necessary to spend the extra $33 to do this. If you don't want everyone to see your contests then I have no problem if you send me these through email. I will let you know if your the successful winner them you can upload to freelancer and I will award the prize. Thanks
