For our website (www.horecagemak.nl) we need two seperate pop ups for installation of products (cooling/freezing rooms and extractor systems). And for each pop up we need a desktop and a mobile version.

POP UP INSTALLATION COOLING/FREEZING ROOMS (informational)

The pop up will appear after clicking the button from the attached screenshot named "Button Installation 1".
The pop up must contain the following text:
"Installeer je de koel- of vriescel liever niet zelf? Dat is geen probleem!
Ook dat kunnen wij voor je doen. De koel-/vriescel wordt dan voor je gemonteerd, geïnstalleerd, aangesloten, ingeregeld en werkend achtergelaten. Je hoeft dus alleen te zorgen dat de gewenste locatie en benodigde stroomaansluiting voorbereid zijn en wij doen de rest!

Om installatie aan je bestelling toe te voegen, vink je op de productpagina de optie aan voordat je de koel-/vriescel aan je winkelwagen toevoegt en klaar. Dat is alles!"

In addition to the text on the desktop version the pop up will contain 6 images. The first image, closest to the text, will be attached imaged named "Image 1" and the checkbox in the top right corner should be highlighted or emphasised to show it should be selected to include installation in the order. The other images we will supply later, which will be illustrative images of installed cooling/freezing rooms.

On the mobile version there will be no images, to keep the pop up simple and readable.

For both desktop and mobile the pop ups should be big enough to be easily readable and understandable, but not too big. They should still fit on the screen and not require scrolling.

POP UP INSTALLATION EXTRACTOR SYSTEMS (informational + small form)

The pop up will appear after clicking the button from the attached screenshot named "Button Installation 2".
The pop up must contain the following text:
"Installeer je de afzuiging liever niet zelf? Of weet je niet zeker wat je nodig hebt? Dat is geen probleem!
Ook dat kunnen wij voor je regelen. Onze installateur komt kosteloos bij je langs om samen te kijken naar wat geschikt is voor jouw situatie. En aan de hand daarvan stellen wij een vrijblijvende offerte voor je op, inclusief installatie.

Je hoeft alleen onderstaande gegevens in te vullen en wij nemen contact met je op voor een afspraak!"

Below that should be a form to fill in the name ("Naam"), phone number ("Telefoonnummer") and email address ("E-mailadres"). At the end of the form should be a button to submit the form ("Aanvraag versturen").

For the desktop version the pop up should also have room for 6 images, which we will supply later.
For the mobile version leave the images out, to keep it simple and readable.

For both desktop and mobile the pop ups should be big enough to be easy to read and fill out, but not too big. They should still fit on the screen and not require scrolling.

Please keep the overall design of our website in mind when designing the pop ups. It should match the design of our website.
