Hello all, I want an android live wallpaper which has ripple effect when you touch it. Here is the example.

The background image should slide when you slide the home screen (like the normal static wallpaper). When you touch the screen, it should show ripple effect as shown in the above video.
Initially, you can set any image for background. I will set my own background after you give me the source code after completing the project.
The effect should be smooth and exactly like in the youtube video.
The settings activity of live wallpaper should be blank preference screen. I will add the preferences myself
