     Hi Contest Holder, if I may ask:
     1. Should we create the contents following the landing page template (as if we’re filling the provided template with a tagline, 3 USPs, 3 highlights, and the urgency/CTA), or should we create a few FB ads following the funnel strategy? And will the ad lead to the landing page created with the template you have provided in the brief?
     
     2. Can we have more information on the real estate agent? Such as the target audience’s SES, location, unique advantages over the competitions, tone of voice, and other details that we should take into consideration.
