I need someone to design a logo for a real estate brand that sells houses.

We provide people with really affordable houses for investing, for vacation houses, for renting or their dream homes.

The brand is

pay less for houses . com

(not sure if we want the . com in the logo, lets see what ideas you have to make it look good.)

We need a logo for the brand this is classy yet friendly, it should have something related to a house there in it. Logo should look modern, but not cheesy like clip-art based- it should not be a dinky house that looks like something made in a stock photo or on vista print website business card. Somewhat abstract is OK, but not too outlandish.

We're going to use it to place business cards and posters in different businesses on the counters, on doors and on walls, etc. So the design should have colors that are attention getting, but not really sharp and ugly looking colors.

OK I left 4 here that I didnt rate ... I cant tell the difference between them. Only change i notice is the font is different inthe Pay Less and the size is different. Please make both top words the same font and size, and let me know what the difference is between these and we should be done! thanks for the great work
