I am looking for a talented and experienced architect or similar to use the plans provided to create an elegant and modern Whitehaven 8 Bed design. My main focus area for this project is creating a large kitchen diner and then 3 large living spaces. one large living space, a dining space, both to accommodate at least 16 people, and then a games area with a smaller 'snug' area all on the ground floor. there must be a minimum of 8 double beds all en-suite with an additional bathroom on each floor while keeping the overall design theme modern. I am seeking someone that has a creative eye and can use the existing building structure and re-imagine the layout with this brief The budget for this commission is depends on your submission, but you should note it's primary purpose is to serve as the input artefact to allow builders to quote for the refurbishment of this run down historic Grade II listed building. I am looking for someone that can interpret the plans provided and create floor plans to allow us to bring a unique, modern and beautiful style to this space.
