I am after a simple circuit that when 5VDC is detected, it switches on. Then when 9VDC is detected switches the 5VDC off and leaves the 9VDC on. When the 9VDC is reduced the 5VDC comes on again. Obviously when there is no voltage all are off. I want to use it to switch a ground connection from another circuit board. At 0V a ground output from my circuit board to its pin1. At 5VDC the ground will go to pin 2 on my board. at 9V the ground goes to pin 3 on my board. So we want to redesign this system as basic as possible using HALL SENSOR so it detects the spinning, which way it is spinning and then triggers opto isolator output when it is spinning clock wise or anti clock wise.
