The data that comes from the clinical equipment needs to be save it on txt file. The configuration is using TCP/IP and I need - Port for every equipment Any questions? We would like to automate the extraction, transformation and loading of health standard language 7 (HL7) files into a MySQL database hosted on a Microsoft Windows server. The files are sent to the Microsoft Windows server every 5 minutes and we have to load them and once processed move them to a different folder. I have attached our database structure and an example of the HL7 file (dummy) and MySQL database structure. Our HL7 file is for one patient and have one or more OBR per patient. You will have to install Mirth on our server and configure it to automatically process an HL7 file every 3rd minutes. Thank you!
