Please create a STL and a STEP file from the attached drawing and rendering of a (half-frozen) meat chopper/separator. Notice there are 4 long blades and 4 short blades in the original unit. The new unit should have the 4 long blades joined to for a cross cutting pattern and the short blades are made longer to have a cutting length of 50% of that of the long blades. It is important that 1) the outline profile of the new unit is exactly the same as the original unit. 2) The joining points have proper radius to avoid accumulation of debris that are hard to wash off. I have here a rendering of a meat chopper "MC1" in navy blue color and its corresponding drawing. and a rendering of a slightly different meat chopper "MC2" in purple color and its corresponding STL file. Hi Juan, regarding your submission #19: 1) The blades now have a L-shape but the void in each corner of the L should be filled in with a perpendicular hypotenuse for mold release. 2) It may look better with the narrow section of the neck widened by 8%? 3) There is a sharp circular edge between the top surface of the wooden handle and its bottom surface. Maybe the two surfaces should be "pulled apart" by 4 mm? There may be other changes and I need some renderings as before plus a STEP file.

This configuration would mean the blades have tight corner spaces that tend to gather minced meat resulting in the minced meat sticking to the chopper. A chopper with this design has a cutting pattern in the shape of a star. My new meat chopper removes this core eliminating the tight corner spaces so minced meat will have less tendency of sticking to the chopper.
