zen-cart custom template search box is NOT working properly.

I face issue in one page checkout 1.5.1 currently shipping price not changed after select country and another issue checkout page not render if new user register & do checkout. Website :  1) I added two shipping method one for USA ( local) and another for international, I'll add more shipping rates for other states once working current scenario. In onepage checkout, when user clicks on shipping method (shown in above pic), it hide that shipping method and if I checkout after that it gives me error. both screenshot attached 2) If I am logged in with existing user then checkout page display properly render but if I am created new user and add any product in cart and then go in checkout page, it's not rendered properly.
