I have a large spreadsheet of e-mails composed of 16 rows and 300 columns (the higheset number of names). I used the "Remove Duplicates" function to "de-dupe" the names. It identfied all the duplictes (great) but when I select "go" to delete them, I get a "No Duplicates" message. The Colums with headers all have check marks and look good.
