Looking to hire a game/UI designer for an iOS/Android app. Game will a top-down, 2D shooter, along the lines of Galaga gameplay from the early 80's -- but with updated graphics and a different theme. Artwork will be geared for a wide audience and similar to that of current apps like Jetpack Joyride and Cut the Rope. It's a pretty simple side scrolling platformer game (like contra video game) with 3 levels, 8 different enemies, 3 bosses and 3 selectable characters and the characters each have 3 different weapons (they can pick up upgrades on the level). 4 weapon types total, a pistol, shotgun with spread shot, a whip, and a bazooka. There are basically 4 enemy types, the ones that fly around (like galaga video game), ones that run at you and try to do damage on contact, ones that shoot at you and than ones that throw grenades at you.
