Recently, I sold my company for SGD 400,000 to company AA in Singapore. 17% of shares were transferred after a payment of SGD 76,000 is made. The transfer of shares are done by buyer’s company secretary and the agreement was made in front of their lawyers too. After a few months, police arrested some people from AA.
