The home is in Denver Colorado, so a little farmhouse/mountain is our basic style. We are doing it for our 2 teen age daughters (15 & 19). I would like them to have a place to hang out with friends (without the grownups). Need rendering for the ff: Basement renovation; living area, bathroom laundry room furnace water heater area plenty of storage 2 bedrooms (inviting to teens/college students). Maybe exercise area, if room available.

I need to pass the Enrolled Agent Exam, but traditional self study Gleim program is not sinking in. I am looking for a 1:1 mentor to teach me the material.
