We run a venue which has 30 bedrooms. Clients hire the venue privately and are responsible for paying the total cost of the bedrooms. However, we would like to add the ability for their guests to log on using a code and EITHER choose and pay for a bedroom OR enter an assigned code to pay for a pre-assigned room. The system will need to email VAT invoices, produce simple .csv reports of bookings and payments and allow communication with people who have logged on and paid (reminder emails with arrival times, directions and so on).
