Website back-end can login/logout. I need the website be developed on .NET and can be run under IIS. I already have similar projects from PHP/javascript, the web control and layout needs to be the same as original website. The website's database need to be connected under SQL with ms access file, no SQL Server connection. No MVC required!!

I need an asp.net core with React js project to be deployed to Windows Server 2016 IIS. I am having problems and I keep getting some kind of an error when I attempt to start the site.
