Here are some requirements: -Ideal freelancers should be experts in web design with an ability to provide a modern aesthetic. -The uploaded photo must adopt the modern template/frame we provide. I am open to creative interpretations of "modern" design. -Once the image is uploaded and framed, it should have an option to be downloaded. -The photo upload feature must support up to a 10 MB limit. -It should support JPEG and PNG photo formats. Skills and experience needed: -Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript -Graphic design skills -Experience in creating user-friendly interfaces -Ability to incorporate file uploading and downloading functionality.
